Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Handling Time

Most orders are picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Tax Policy

We do not charge sales tax. You pay 0% sales tax ($0.00) on every order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page using your email address and order code.

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard carriers. A flat shipping rate applies to these orders, and the free shipping threshold above does not apply. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 7–14 business days.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@vermontspot.us with your order code. We will work with the carrier to track down the package or send a replacement.
